Upon first entry, you are greeted by a spacious hallway. The large, mirrored sliding door storage facility reflects the light perfectly and provides ample space.
Leading from the hallway, the bright and airy kitchen is finished to high quality, with sleek worktops and plenty of cupboard space. The kitchen is fully equipped to accommodate even the most eager of cooks.
The lounge/diner is perfect for unwinding after a long day; decorated in calming tones of grey and purple, there are two deep-set grey sofas to sink into to enjoy entertainment on the TV or settle into a good book. The sophisticated marble fireplace lends a sense of luxury to the room—the dining table seats four, perfect for socialising, with stunning Pump Rooms views in the background.
The apartment consists of two spacious bedrooms. The first hosts a king-size bed finished in the same tones of grey and purple, providing a cosy atmosphere for a wonderful night’s sleep. The built-in mirrored wardrobe grants additional storage space. The second bedroom is light and fresh, with the king-sized bed decorated in creams and greens. There are also two bedside tables to provide storage.
The bathroom services both bedrooms, equipped with everything needed – the walk-in rainfall shower, heated towel radiator, and sizeable vanity mirror, all of which add to the luxury serviced apartment experience.

The Pittville area is host to the largest park in Cheltenham. Pittville Park is not only a lovely park to walk through and enjoy the scenery. Still, it is home to several outdoor activity experiences such as golf, boating, tennis, and swan-spotting!
The park also has several cafes so that you can grab a coffee or bite to eat, and it has a large children’s play area, which will offer hours of fun for families.
Just down the road from our Pittville apartments is Cheltenham Racecourse, which hosts Cheltenham’s famous Gold cup and various other events, from Bonfire night to comedy shows to children’s shows such as Paw Patrol Live.

Cheltenham is a picturesque town renowned for its regency architecture, beautifully kept greenery and festival culture.
A walk around Cheltenham will quickly showcase its magnificence as you take in the grand surrounding buildings, lofty trees and large floral beds, adding a lovely splash of colour to its green surroundings.
Cheltenham also features several parks, with three in the town centre alone. There is always an opportunity to enjoy some lovely greenery close by.
Cheltenham is more than a pretty town, though, with its famous events such as the Gold Cup and Literature festivals drawing in tourists worldwide. Outside of the 30+ festivals hosted in Cheltenham each year, the town has many restaurants, bars, boutique shops and activities for groups of friends and families.

Can I stay with you for Cheltenham Races?
Most of our accommodation is available for the Cheltenham Race Festivals. If it’s for the Gold Cup Festival, we ask for a 4 night minimum booking. A 50% deposit would be required, then the final payment will be taken 4 weeks before arrival. The security deposit is £400.

How do I make a reservation?
When you find your ideal serviced apartment you can book online or contact us directly via phone or email to proceed with your booking.

What happens if I need something out of the office hours?
Our offices are open 9am-6pm on weekdays and 10am-4pm on Saturdays. If you need to contact us outside of these hours, then please ring the number on our website and it will get redirected. There will be a £50 charge if we have to come out to you and it’s a non-emergency call.

What happens if I get locked out?
We hope that you don’t get locked out, but if you do, please give the office phone a ring. A member of our team will come straight out to help you, but if not, we shall call a locksmith out. This will cost you £50.

What happens if I don't check out on time?
Check out for everyone is 10am, unless you have written to us in advance requesting a late check out time and we’ve confirmed this. If you fail to do this then we will deduct a fee from your security deposit. We need to allow the cleaners to get in the apartment and turn it around before the next guest arrives at 2pm.

Can I stay with you for Cheltenham Races?

Full payment is taken to book a stay of fewer than 30 nights. For stays longer than 30 nights, payment is taken in 30-night intervals. For corporate stays, different options are available, please ask for details.
Should you cancel your stay and stay for fewer than 30 nights, 20% of the stay is non-refundable. For stays longer than 30 nights, 20% of the first month is non-refundable.
A security deposit of £250 is due on arrival, or £500 at certain properties and during the gold cup. If pets are allowed, it’s £500, this is refunded after we check the apartment has been left in good order after departure.
Check-in times are from 3 pm-6 pm. At some properties, we can allow a later check-in time if self-check-in is possible, without charge. Before booking, please get in touch with us if you need to arrive or depart outside these hours, as we may be unable to meet.
There may be an arrival charge of £50 if arriving between 7 pm and 12 pm. If the property does not have a self-check-in option, the £50 is given to the person who meets you outside their office hours.
The departure is at 10 am unless otherwise agreed.

Stays of 1-7 nights LA must receive notification of cancellation at least seven days before arrival. Cancellations received in less than seven days will only be offered any reimbursement if the property can be re-let (the deposit will be forfeited).
Stays of 7-27 nights LA must receive notification of cancellation for bookings from 7 – 27 nights at least seven days before the actual arrival date. Where notification of cancellation is received less than seven days before the arrival date LA will apply a cancellation charge of 7 nights accommodation.
Stays of 28+ nights LA must receive notification of cancellation for bookings of 28 nights plus, at least 28 days before the actual arrival date. Where notification of cancellation is received less than 28 days before the revised departure date LA will apply a minimum cancellation charge of 14 nights accommodation.
Non-arrivals will be treated as a cancellation and will be subject to a 100% cancellation charge.
