We’ve made some updates to our booking experience recently, including our brand new website! Not only have we redesigned the look and feel of our website, but we’ve added some additional features to improve our guests’ experience when booking with us.
When redesigning our new website, we’ve carefully considered customer experience in our decisions and there will therefore be a few changes you can expect to see in the redesign that will improve the booking experience, including the ability to check availability and book properties immediately.
The website will also have additional filter options, so not only can you search by number of bedrooms, but you’ll be able to search for properties based on accessibility and pet friendliness, for example. You’ll also be able to sort by price so that you can more easily find an apartment within a particular budget.
We have also added a new way for people to view our properties before staying with us, which brings us onto our next point…
Although we provide plenty of pictures of our apartments, we appreciate that being able to view the properties gives you a better understanding of what to expect when staying with us. We’ve therefore added 3D tours and videos so that you have a new way to view apartments before staying with us. This will give you a better understanding of the layout of each apartment.
